Bruno`s Italian in Cedar City

I thought it was fake review until I had the food. I was looking for Applebees, Chilis those well known chain but decided to give this a try due to the glowing review. It is in a corner of a foodmart of a gas station. I was quite disappointed first by the look, almost changed mind. But I was too hungry to go across street. Ordered pizza, spaghetti. I m so glad I did. Rest is history. One of the reviewers said it is the best probably in Utah. I now know it is not a overstatement. I love the cheese they use on pizza like freshly made this morning.

Don't let the convenience store location fool you. We stopped for gas and could smell the garlic bread outside, so we decided to give it a try. Holy cow! Terrific garlic cheese bread, and amazing pizza! Bruno, himself, stopped by while we were there, to take care of a catering customer. He's Italian and this place is authentic Italian food. They aren't just a pizza joint, either. Pastas, lasagna, parmigiana, etc. are also on the menu. The service was fantastic! We were just traveling through, but you can bet we will stop there again.

Best Italian restaurant in Cedar City. Might be the best restaurant in town period. Their pizza is hands down the best pizza in Utah yet alone Cedar City. I like to buy the meatballs separately (1.00 ea. ) and make either meatball sandwiches or spaghetti the next day or even a few days later at home since I am handicapped and cant get around anymore. WE LOVE BRUNO'S! Fresh ingredients and freshly made, always. Even though the tables are next to a gas station convenience mart, the food smells delicious and there's something a little rebellious and fun about getting the best traditional pizza in town in a location so unexpected. (The Italian and ranch salad dressings are homemade and SO delicious... just a helpful FYI.)

Good spaghetti and pizza. Really fast! Really clean! Close to the freeway.

Worst possible thing to do to customers, give them food that's spoiled. Capicolla sandwich and it was SOUR. Never again. Not busy, 20 min for 2 sandwiches to go and then you get home to smell the food and its sour. 😠

Never would have guessed you could find a decent Italian restaurant connected to the quicky mart gas station. Ordered the lasagna which filled the plate. I was for some meat in the filling, otherwise it was a decent meal. Included a side salad that could have been a meal in its self. Give it a try.

Love watching. Employees dig bare handed in the pasta drawer on the floor with no tongs,bare handed. Yum! Enjoy all you customers that rave about this place. Saw it happen 3times. Also soggy pizza crust. Can't pick it up. Who it's pizza with a fork.

Wonderful, just try not to pay attention to the gas station.

This is a good Italian restaurant, that just happens to be under the same roof as a gas station. We had the excellent lasagna and a 'build your own' pasta dish with linguine, meat sauce, and a whole grilled sausage. I wasn't quick enough with the camera; my spouse had already devoured half the sausage! My lasagna avoided my pet peeve of mushy pasta with perfectly al dente noodles. We'll be back!

This is my favorite place to eat in Cedar City. Delicious food! I love the turkey sandwich...the bread is amazing. The pasta is also great. Don't let the fact that it's in a Chevron scare you away. It's so good! It's made when you order so it's not quick, but it's worth it. I believe the owner is Italian. If we are in Cedar we eat at Brunos.

This is the best Italian food for miles. Way better than Olive Garden! I’m done driving to St. George for pasta because Bruno’s is my new go to! Got the eggplant parm and I’m so impressed! Great price too. 10/10 would go again.

I was passing through on a road trip and found Bruno's. It's an a gas station... but don't let that stop you from getting AMAZING food. This is the type of place that I'm reviewing because folks should know how great it is. I got a few sandwiches and put them on ice to enjoy at Zion. It was awesome. Loved the owner, loved the place. If you're passing through, I think you'll really like it.

Great food at very reasonable prices.

The food is always fresh and tastes amazing! The wait time isn't bad, the staff is very friendly, and the causal atmosphere makes for a fabulous dining exerience. Yes, this place is in a gas station, but don't let that deter you! The gas station is always immaculately clean and has friendly staff as well!

The 1 star is for service only as I didn't get to eat here. There was an employee sitting at a table with earphones on when I walked in. No other customers present. I walked up to register and she got up and without a greeting went to the kitchen. I walked out and headed to Alfredo's instead.

Great food, fast service, and a good price!

They make the best calzones I have ever eaten. There is a choice of marinara or pesto with the calzone; I suggest the pesto.

Perfectly friendly service, food was rich and flavorful and a good portion size.

Tonight I ordered a pizza to go and they gave me a burned pizza.i didn't think I would have to check before I left.no pizza for the family tonight.Ever since the remodel the prices went up and the quality went down.

Wonderful food, my daughter always wants to come here after a swim meet. It's her favorite pasta place. My husband loves their hot sandwiches! It's a nice place to dine, small and inviting.

This restaurant was amazing. I typically would not expect great food from a restaurant in a gas station, but I'm glad we tried it. The salad was nice and the ingredients seem fresh, our service was quick and friendly.

The food we had was good. If you need an Itallian fix while in Cedar City, go here. Note: We haven't tried Chef Alfredo's yet.We had Linguini Alfredo & Chicken Parm., both came with small salad and Garlic bun.We did carry-out. Ignore that they share a gas station foodmart.A 5 for us would be, Grandpa Tony's in mid-Michigan, Pizza Rock and Giada's in Vegas.

This is a great little Italian restaurant in Cedar City. Not too busy and the food was great. I highly recommend it.

I was a little skeptical when I saw this place was attached to a gas station BUT I was pleasantly surprised. We were in cedar for the Utah summer games and we ended up coming here two nights in a row! It was pricier than I thought but it was worth it.

Food is good. Little pricey for what you get. The even cut back portions after the revamp. Seems like it was better food before they revamped the place too. The place has LOST ITS CHARM. NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY that’s why the two stars. Two items on the menu for kids and no kid drinks. You have to pay full price for full sized drink for kids. We used to like eating here. Not so much anymore.

watch out...twice I went there and ordered a large pepperoni and I was charged 20.95 before I looked at the online menu and discovered it was actually 12.95...the two girls there are ripping people off

I'm not one to be mean, love the food here, but I thought you were supposed to get your salad before your entree. It took almost 45 min to get my food come on Bruno's.

Absolutely amazing! I can't tell you how much I love this place. I have yet to try anything that wasn't scrumptious! I have to stop here any time I'm in Cedar.

I ordered two pastas carry out, and they were packed sideways in the bottom of a paper bag. Pesto leaked out of the containers and got everywhere, ruining my clothes and staining the carpet in my truck.

Bruno’s is definitely some great quick Italian food. They remodeled the entire gas station it’s connected to, very clean environment. Haven’t had all of the menu items yet but everything so far has came out great.

Best pizza place in town! Service is always great and there isn't usually much of a wait for your food. The pizza is great, but they also have excellent sandwiches, calzones, and pasta.

The pizza had a delicious crust and great cheese. Let it cool down a bit so the cheese can cool and get chewy. Comes out hot. Crispy Garlic bread. My wife said the Chicken Salad was top notch. Kids had pasta Alfredo and ate it up. A small, clean eatery attached to gas station.

Used to love this place, but the new management is so super stingy. It’s frustrating because they up charge for every little thing.

If your looking for a quick bite to eat that's not a fast food chain check out Bruno's. It's a total local's joint inside a gas station but the food is good and the service was great.
